About Jennifer Silkman

Jennifer Silkman grew up by the sea in Stockton, Newcastle, before moving with her husband to the vineyards of the Hunter Valley, where they raised their family and built a life in the wine industry.

In 2019, Jennifer discovered the transformative power of mindset and presence through Kelly Hine’s Soul Space community, and the writings of Anita Morjani. This sparked her passion to communicate these ideas to children in a way that could ease anxiety and inspire joy.

Today, Jennifer divides her time between the Hunter Valley and her “happy place” at Bluey’s Beach, where the inspiration for her book began.
